I think this is a terrific product and a great first line 2 in 1 use of sunscreen and bug repellant. But I must include that from a scientific perspective if concerns of avoiding West Nile Virus mosquito bites or Lyme Disease causing tick bites are why you are looking to use a bug repellant, that for now, the CDC recognizes DEET as the most effective repellant option. Certainly this product may be used in combination with a child friendly level of DEET for these purposes if desired. A.K.
