Dr. Kunin is a board certified dermatologist in Kansas City, Missouri. She received her dermatology training at the Medical College of Virginia. She has been featured on numerous national and local television and radio news and talk shows for her expertise in her field. Dr. Kunin is the founder and CEO of DERMAdoctor.com and is also the creator of the popular DERMAdoctor Specialist Skin Care line of skincare products. She also holds a position as Associate Clinical Instructor at the University of Kansas Medical School Department of Dermatology. In addition to general dermatology, her interests in cosmetic dermatology include non-surgical approaches to skin rejuvenation, including chemical peels, Botox, skin care products, and sclerotherapy.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Ordering online is easy with our "secure" server. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. All billing will be performed by our parent company DERMAdoctor.com, Inc. We also accept personal checks and Money Orders. If you wish to pay by check or Money Order, then the order must be placed via email at service@aaaskindoctor.com or by phone (toll free 1-877-DERMADR).

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
After you place your order, you will receive an automated response confirming your online purchase. If this e-mail is not received immediately, your order was not successfully completed. Please reorder or contact us via e-mail or phone. As your order is processed and packaged, you will also receive another e-mail providing a tracking number if you have chosen to have your order shipped by UPS. This allows you to track your order from our door to yours!

If you experience any problems, call us toll-free at 1-877-337-6237. UPS may require a delivery signature. If they are unable to deliver your package we cannot be responsible for any late delivery. Remember, UPS and DHL does not deliver on weekends or holidays. All orders are shipped the same day (if received prior to 2pm CST, M-F) or following business day (if received after 2pm CST, M-F).

For domestic orders $49 or more:
FREE SHIPPING via UPS 2nd Day Air

For domestic orders under $49:
$3.95 for domestic orders via UPS 2nd Day Air
$4.95 for domestic orders via DHL 2nd Day Air

International orders:
$6.95 to Canada via U.S. Air Mail
$17.00 for international orders via U.S. Air Mail

UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes and all international deliveries must have a physical, street address. International orders over 4lbs may be subject to additional shipping charges. If this is the case, an email requesting approval will be sent. U.S. orders shipped UPS 2nd Day Air include a tracking number with an expected delivery time between 2-4 business days. International orders will be shipped U.S. Air Mail. Please allow 14 days for delivery of international orders.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, P.O. Boxes and FPO/APO addresses will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmaton number. There is no additional domestic shipping charge for multiple items.

Applicable taxes for Missouri residents only will be added to sales price.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All international orders, including Canada, are shipped via U.S. Air Mail with delivery typically within 14 days. Sometimes individual countries may hold up packages in their Customs for insepctions. In some countries an import or duty tax may be charged by that country. International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based upon each specific Country's regulations. We cannot be responsible for these actions nor for reimbursement of any Customs fees if products are returned. There are some instances in international shipping where a customs department may regulate what is brought into the country.


Due to import restrictions we are not able to ship Rogaine to Austria, Finland, Germany, Iceland and Sweden at this time. Polysporin cannot be shipped to Germany as well. T. LeClerc products are unavailable for any international shipping addresses. Glycolic acid products cannot be shipped to Spain.

Orders to most Middle Eastern countries cannot exceed $100 for insurance purposes. We are uanble to ship to Mexico, Central America, South America, Africa, Malaysia and Russia.

RETURN POLICY:
Products are refundable within the first 30 days from the date of purchase excluding shipping charges unless noted specifically on the individual product page. We cannot be responsible for any Customs offices actions nor for reimbursement of any Customs fees if products are returned. Please insure returns to assure that they successfully arrive back to us. Please include the products along with a copy of your order invoice and a brief reason for the return. We cannot accept empty products for a return.

BACKORDERS:
All products are normally in stock. Occasionally, however, an item can go on backorder. When an item goes on backorder, you will be notified by email. If your order contains other items beyond the backordered item, then we will ship your order. We will ship the remaining item as soon as we receive it at no extra cost to you. Your credit card will be charged as the items are shipped to you.

ORDER PROCESSING:
You will know that your order has gone through if you receive an immediate e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive this, please replace your order, notify us at service@aaaskindoctor.com or call toll-free at 1-877-337-6237. Also, please contact us when a change has been made to a previous email address used so that we may update our entire system. Phone orders are also welcome.
