I am COMPLETELY impressed with the this site. The customer service is the best I have encountered either on the web or in a retail store! I find the newsletters very informative and well written. I have asked questions and all have been addressed with a quick response. It is ironic that I am asked to rate this site today. This morning I was reading the Atlanta Journal and Constitution, when this site was mentioned as a site to check out. I thought to myself that the editor was "right on" .

I received my order quickly with samples. All charges were clearly listed when I made the order and I knew what I'd be paying (there was no hide the ball with fees and charges, something that happened to me with another Yahooshopping company). I would buy from them again.

Dear Dr. Kunin,
Thanks for taking the time to respond. This morning I went to see a
dermatologist who says this is a classic case of poison ivy and that I
should never have been diagnosed (by my other doctor) with scabies. The
bad news is that the medication she gave me for scabies made the poison
ivy worse and that I have spent a week suffering unnecessarily; and that
I have to find a way to get this poison ivy out of my woods where I
garden and the kids play. The good news is - NO BUGS!!! and I am not
contagious!!!! Again, thanks for responding. It does my heart good
to know that there are people who care enough to help when it's needed.

I am not purchasing today, but I definitely will bookmark your site for the future, and here's why: INGREDIENTS. It's occurred to no one else to post them, and as someone who has a serious allergy to lanolin, I don't buy ANYTHING unless I know exactly what's in it. None of the other skin sites and none of the other cosmetic sites (eve and sephora) do this. Thanks for being so thorough.

At the age of 12 I had shingles on my face, exactly like you describe with the blister on the tip of my nose, and my left eye has been scarred ever since because no one knew what I had or how to treat it. I would have been lucky to have you as a doctor! |
